Terms and Conditions of Use

Neo Interactive Ltd. (hereinafter: the 'Service Provider') provides an electronic mailing service, Mammutmail.com (hereinafter: the 'Service') under the following terms and conditions. By using our Service, you (hereinafter: the 'User') agree to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (regardless of the type of your access to the Service - whether web-based or other). The Service Provider may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior notification sent to the Users.
The Users shall be responsible for the content of their mail messages. The Service Provider shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage caused by forwarding the Users' messages.
Users shall not send messages with content that violates the law, any regulations or copyrights in force, including pornographic material, viruses and/or hyperlinks to any like content.
Users shall not use the Service for the distribution of unsolicited publicity material (spam). If the Service Provider is notified of such activity, it has the right to suspend the User from accessing the Service.
The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any business or private information due to the deficient operation of the Service.
The Service Provider stores the uploaded files for 5 days on their server, then they will be automatically deleted.

Data Protection Rules

Mammutmail.com, a free electronic mailing system, is operated by Neo Interactive Ltd. (1118 Budapest, Gombocz Zoltán utca 9.) - hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider'.
The Service Provider shall protect and keep confidential all personal data provided on this website by the users of the service (hereinafter: 'Users').
The User understands that by using the mailing system provided by the Service Provider (hereinafter: the 'Service'), he/she agrees to the terms and conditions laid down in this document.
During the use of the service, the connected computer's IP address may be recorded for safety reasons. When clicking the Send button user agrees that Service Provider records his / her personal data and may use it in the future for marketing purposes providing the option of unsubscribing in each marketing message.
The Service Provider shall not access the User's personal messages unless:
- required to do so by the law, or
- it is necessary for the protection of its own interests.
